We create employer branding photography for companies that want to attract candidates with a real picture of their team, not stock photos. We have shot campaigns for E. Wedel, Leroy Merlin and Absolvent Consulting – the Leroy Merlin campaign “Join the best team” won the main EB Stars 2018 award.
Most people at our shoots are employees, not models. That is why we run the shoot so they feel at ease in front of the camera. A natural smile and the team’s energy make the biggest difference.

How we work

Brief and plan
We learn the campaign goal, the channels (career site, social media, outdoor) and the people who will appear in the photos. We discuss the creative concept and prepare a shot list and a schedule that disrupts your workday as little as possible.

Team brief
We send a brief describing the wardrobe concept we agreed on together, so everyone knows what to wear and what to expect.

Make-up
Before the photos, everyone gets make-up. It is also a moment to get to know each other and relax before stepping in front of the camera.

The shoot
We shoot at your place – office, factory or store – or in our studio. We work quickly and efficiently, because we know people need to get back to work.

Editing
Every photo is retouched and colour-corrected, and the whole set has a consistent look.

Delivery
You receive publication-ready photos within 3–5 working days.

What the price depends on

Our employees don’t like being photographed. Will it work?
Yes – that is the most common situation. We work with people, not models: we talk, joke and give simple directions. Most people forget the stress within minutes.
How long does a shoot take?
It depends on the number of people – usually from half a day to a full shooting day. Larger projects are planned over several days or locations.
Will the shoot disrupt our work?
We plan the schedule so each person is needed only briefly. The rest of the team works as usual.
Where do you shoot?
At your place – office, factory or store – anywhere in Poland and abroad. We can also invite your team to our studio in Warsaw.
When will I get the photos?
Finished, retouched photos are delivered within 3–5 working days.
